PEARL CONTINENTAL HOTEL, LAHORE, Lahore – A Smart Stay in the City

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, though needing updating, were clean and tidy, making me feel at home. Unfortunately, they were not soundproof, and I could hear all the noise from the hallways outside. The service, especially at the reception, was lacking in friendliness and professionalism. The location was convenient, not far from various places of interest, but there were some issues with the non-renovated rooms. The dining options were average, with room for improvement in logistics and variety.

I had a very comfortable stay at the Pearl Continental hotel. The rooms were neat and clean, thanks to the excellent housekeeping by Mr Bilal and Mr Rasheed. The staff was very cooperative, making my stay very pleasant. However, some rooms had poor outside views.

The location had potential but needed improvements, especially in terms of privacy and soundproofing. The dining experience was satisfactory with a good variety but lacked better logistics. Privacy was non-existent, and maintenance issues like stained toilets and dirty hand showers were prevalent. However, the service, especially at the reception, was rude and lacking in friendliness. The location was chaotic, and the overall experience was a letdown.
